actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in playa del carmen. it was fairly clean with amazingly great staff from the bell boys to front desk to the housekeepers. the location of the hotel was favourable, to the ocean as possible.

The location was marvellous as for me. The room I booked was kept clean and available with free minibar, fresh toiletries plus a King bed. The breakfast was very good and outstanding, the check in was quick.

The room had not so great views.

It was in a stunning location with really good staff. The hotel room was large and fashionable. The pool was very clean and I had good drinks in the snack bar.

It was a well priced and luxury hotel in a very popular area, so close to a lot more activities, scuba or parasail boats, and So close to Playa Del Carmen...

Was a comfortable base for vacation. Everything was really good for our purposes, family vacation. Very efficient staff, were ready to help all the time. Had well-equipped and brand-new a double room with double bed instead of king bed and wake-up service was available in it😀😀

I had an amazing time at Iberostar! The entertainment staff was outstanding and made my trip unforgettable. The diverse wildlife added an extra special touch to the experience. The food was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. The pool area was top notch, although I would have liked to see more umbrellas for some shade. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were well-maintained and had a nice view of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, always on hand when needed. The service provided there was amazing. The location of the hotel was good - not too far from an 18-hole course.

I loved the remodeled room, friendly staff, and amazing dining options. The wildlife and activities around the resort were fantastic. The massages were also a highlight.

View of the ocean was LOVELY, the room was beautifully maintained and functional. All in all it's clean place, has exceptionally comfortable beds and the staff were excellent people from the receptionists through the waiters.

It's a unique experience to wake up to the sounds of monkeys and peacocks right outside your window. The location on the stunning Playacar beach is an added bonus, allowing guests to enjoy both the jungle and the beach in one place. The staff here goes above and beyond, providing exceptional service and ensuring that the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with double beds were cleaned to perfection by the diligent housekeeping staff. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet, which offers a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart your day.

Beautiful property with natural surroundings. Flamingos, swans, monkeys, and peacocks spotted. Great service and excellent food. Enjoyed breakfasts and meals at buffets, as well as fine dining at Italian restaurant. stunning outside setting with well-maintained garden and little waterfalls. Great beach and pool area. Snacks and drinks provided during the day. Amazing quality and variety of food at the buffet. Activities organized throughout the day and evening with no pressure to take part. Loved Star camp and the foam party. Top-notch dive staff.

Clean resort, friendly staff, great kids club, enjoyable food and drinks, nice layout and location.

Nothing it was perfect.

The resort was in a great location and the complementary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch. The pool was clean and there were plenty of chairs to be had. The rooms were modern and had nice amenities like a mini-fridge and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The staff was unfriendly and not very helpful with questions about the area. The food was subpar and overpriced.

We came for a family vacation and did just that. The facilities are clean and compact, with a good gym and multiple restaurants to choose from. The food is absolutely delicious with a striking variety. The service at the restaurants is fabulous, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There are two large swimming pools and a great beach area. The resort is stunning, with lush foliage and adorable animals roaming freely. The wifi is lightning fast and available everywhere.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
